The MEMS is a setup under devlopment that uses “Micro Electro Mechanical Sensor” for non-destructive testing of various aerospace components, particularly rotar blades. The setup monitor & measures the fatigue cracks in test specimen. It works on ultrasonic pitch catch detectiuon technique. Specifications  Crack detection and its location in turbine blades.  NUT Testing capable of wireless transmission of data.  Ultrasonic lamb wave pitch catch technique is used for localizing & measurment of cracks.  Find cracks in static & dynamic test specimen
