The mica paper processed sheets offered by us are manufactured using process similar to manufacturing of paper. The mica pulp is made & treated through a paper-making machine to make thick mica plate for meeting the demands of high-performance thermal & electrical insulation.
Usage:
Designed for use in electromechanical & thermo-mechanical applications
Used as replacement for asbestos & other insulating boards
Micanite Boards
We offer clients high quality micanite boards. These are processed using advanced technology based machines to provide in them needed finish quality. Our process expertise also allows us to deliver these in other specific finishes as required by the clients.
Micanite Boards are available in both Muscovite & Phologpite.
Flexible Micanite Sheet
Flexible Micanite sheets offered by us comprise of Muscovite or Phologpite mica paper, which is impregnated with heat resistant silicone binder.
These materials are suitable for high temperature applications where flexibility is required.
Rigid Micanite sheet
We manufacture a wide range of rigid Micanite sheet as per customer’s drawings
