Grade – A :

This Mica Scrapis made from selected grade of Ruby mica/ White mica

• Ruby Mica Scrap:-Ruby Mica scrap is generally of Bihar / Jharkhand origin. These are the best known ruby mica scrap from all over the world because of itscolour, high tensile strength& best known for calcination due to its sustainability at above 900 ֯C.

•  White Mica Scrap:-White Mica Scrap is generally found in Bihar region, mines like Bhanna & Chatkari. White Mica is best suited for the production of high quality Mica Paper & Board. This white mica scrap is not good for calcination as it cannot sustain its properties at a temperature of more than 600 degree Celsius. But its Shine & Colour makes it apt for the productionof Paper & Board.

Grade – B :

Natural Mica Scrapof 2nd quality (after removing all foreign impurities) This grade contains little percent of biotite / stonesetcand gives slightly muddy look as compared to the Grade -A

While processing and manufacturing, the raw material is dried to get rid of moisture and then screened to remove dust. All foreign particles like stone, biotite, clay content etc are removed manually by hand picking processand after that crushed all side by manually or by machine and finally screened on 0.5 " or 1" as per customers specificatio
