The Armature Commutator Under cutting PLC based SPM Performs the Mica Under cutting for Armature with Air Hydro Pneumatic Controlled Feed Control arrangements. The Operator loads the armature in the ‘V’ Block and presses the Start Key, Safety door closes, Armature is clamped using the clamping cylinder and the Collet, Armature is rotated in conjunction with the Laser sensor to detect the first Mica by using servo-indexing mechanism.
