"Sunil Heat" brand band heaters are made of nickel chrome resistance ribbon precisely wound on specially selected Mica or Micanite Sheet it is then insulated in metal sheating and rolled to the required diameter. Mica insulated band heaters are specially used to heat the cylinders on all types of plastic machinery. Band heaters can be made in two halves & customised thermocoulpe holes.
Uses:
Plastic injection & Blow moulding machines extrusion barrels, cylenders, pipes drums etc. Band heater is a conveniently shaped element for both round & square surface easly installed with standard hardware.
