They are used in INKS; PAINTS; and as INDICATORS AND REAGENTS.It is used in microbiology in the Voges-Proskauer test to identify bacteria that produce stable acids through mixed acid fermentation of glucose. It is used in various FMCG goods like Optical Fibers, liquid crystal cells, holography, inks, toner,corrosion inhibitor, detergents.
