Main Structure
The trolley is manufactured from High grade Mild Steel to ensure durability. A high-quality product in line with customary requirements; structured to facilitate disassembly and maintenance of each component maintenance.
Lifting Mechanism:
Using premium brand pneumatic cylinder for power, the use of linear bearings and guide posts for directional movement, precision pneumatic components and trachea control cylinder lift. Flexible movement no noise, good stability, lifting process without swinging phenomenon, security is good pressure performance, long service life. Flathead control button, less prone to misuse by lifting accident.
Instruments and Parts Placement
The Tray is designed with the objective to place, a variety of hand tools without stacking; that are generally in use during crunch-time. The Tray, made of 1mm steel is bordered with rubber sheet to prevent metal collision noise.
Support Bracket
Equipped with a two stainless steel drum support care tires, tire rotation can be easy and convenient to install. It is more conducive to the tire wheel alignment. The use of “removable tire lift” function makes it more easy and conveniently solve the “artificial hold-child-heavy-covered with dirt” problem.
