The world-class metallizer from Applied Materials, Germany is capable of metalizing all kinds of plastic films like BOPET, OPP, CPP, PE etc. upto an optical density (OD) of 4.0. The metallizer is equipped with plasma treatment facility to increase the shelf life & barrier properties. It is further capable of delivering pinhole free metallizing for the metallic yarn segment. The thickness of metallized films range from 8 µ - 200µwith a maximum width of 3250mm that can be slitted into different sizes as per customers’ specifications.
