We are offering wire mesh filter metallic viscous filter fan coil unit filter.
wire mesh filters are specially designed filters used in air washers or fresh air units. These are very useful in dusty surroundings where filters are to be cleaned very frequently and these filters can be cleaned very easily. A standard wire mesh filter has seven layers of aluminium wire mesh in a frame made out of heavy gauge gi sheets or aluminium sheets. Two extreme layers are for support only which has bigger gaps and the rest five layers of small gaps are corrugated and plain meshes placed alternatively. These filters are capable of cleaning the air upto 30 microns of dust particles. Filters of higher rating like 10 micron or 3 micron are also available.

standard metallic viscous filters have an efficiency of 65% for 20 micron size particles. Metallic filters with an efficiency rating of 65-85% to capture 25 micron to 50 micron size particles are also available on order. Efficiency can be increased to 85% if the filters are oil wetted.
