SAINIK SPRING WORKS was established in the year 1985. .While our initial products were suitable for cycle industry, we have successfully created a niche in consumer durables, electronics, and now in automotive industries. Presently, we have a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant spread over 16,000 sq. ft. area at Khushkhera–one of the most modern Industrial areas in North India.
Since 2006, we have installed CNC machines keeping up with technological gradation to cater to customer expectations on QCDD. We employ latest technologies and equipment, coupled with our vast experience and expertise. The plant is managed by experienced and professional team of engineers. We are capable of providing cost-effective solutions for both small and large customer base.
Training
We keep upgrading our employees by providing them internal as well as external training programs such as : 5S, 7QC Tools, APQP, FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC MSA, Change Management, Daily work management, Problem Solving Techniques, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Internal Audit TS:16949-2009, ISO:9001-2008 & Lean Manufacturing..
