    • Nipl manufactures kosek brand metal top rollers as per the international standards employing latest manufacturing technologies at their factory in coimbatore.

      Kosek metal top rollers are of especially designed non-detachable, two row improved robust bearing type, which ensures extremely low bearing friction and minimum radial and axial run out, maximum concentricity stability high load carrying capacity, Zero ingression of dust and fluff, long life span, simple re- lubrication schedule.

      • Axle and outer – 100% hardened and ground high carbon high cromium bearing steel (sad 52100)
      • Grease : High quality carbon based, for smooth trouble free working.
      • 100% Checking of all raw materials for dimensional and metallurgical parameters.
      • Stringent operation wise process inspection for consistent quality of products.
      • 100% Final inspection to ensure only defect free piece is reaching the customers.

 

  • The performance of kosek metal top rollers has been certified by Bombay textile reaserch association (Btra) in all quality parameters on par with reputed world class top rollers.We can supply metal top rollers in all gauges used in skf/sucessen/rieter/sampre and any other drafting systems of ring frame, speed frame, worsted and open end spinning machines.

Who We Are
NIPL team has successfully developed various critical and high precision machine components as per the customer needs (drawings and specifications) and has undertaken continuous supply of these critical components to Industries like Textiles machinery, Heavy Earth Moving machinery, Agro Industries, Thermal Plants, Automobile Industries, Valves, Pumps and other engineering applications.
Currently the company is managed by S. Suresh Kumar, who is the Managing Director since 2010. A well experienced professional with over 35 years of experience in engineering industries having continued production of high precision products, machined castings and textile machinery parts. With his vast experience and guidance, the company has reported a steady growth since 2010.
The company has engaged a team of engineers in production and quality control, who are experienced and experts in the relevant areas. The precision CNC machines installed at NIPL are operated by well trained and experienced operators which has improved operational efficiency without compromising on quality and timely delivery .
