    Nano pretreatment/conversion coating chemicals products
    Nano coating is a dramatic improvement in ecological as well as in economics. These processes are free of heavy metals, such as nickel, magnesium and zinc subject to restriction in the field of worker safety or waste disposal. It can be coated to all type of metals, like steel, aluminum, zinc and its alloys, magnesium substrate, etc

    This pretreatment is suitable for all conventions powder and wet paint coating. It creates an inorganic, extremely high density layer incorporating nano particles. It results in a conversion layer on the order of nanometer thick, whereas phosphate coat gives in the order of microns thick.

    Alchrom
    Alchrom is a chromating chemical for aluminum surface and its alloy components. The coating can be painted or left unpainted, as required. Alchrom coating are integral with the metal and will withstand bending and denting of the surface.

    It is a passivating chemical for pickled surface. It produces passivating film on derusted surface of iron and steel. It protects iron and steel from rusting in-between surface.
    Everfix
    Everfix is a passivating chemical for painting surface. In order to obtain maximum corrosion resistance over phosphate coatings, it is necessary to apply a post-treatment in order to seal the parts.

    Surfine-surface activation chemicals
    Surfine is an additive to additional rinse tank prior to phosphate coating. Surfine bath treatment gives neutralization and grain refiner in derusted surface. Surfine is available for both zinc and manganese phosphating process.
    Neutralizer
    Neutralizer chemicals are perfect for acidic and alkaline surface. They protect derusted surface of iron and steel.
