Weldor offers roll forming line keeping in mind the present and future demand of customer. The line is designed to minimize and tool changing time. By this four or more profiles are possible to produce on single line.
Different operations like decoiling, levelling, cutting, punching, folding etc. Are available to finish the profile. Also plc cnc automation of line is offered.
The roll forming line has advantage like :
· Fast production due to speed of 10 to 50 mtrs.minute at least for 10 to 15 times higher production.
· Any difficult shape or profile can be formed.
· No profile length limitation.
