TYPICAL CONSTRUCTION:

The typical construction consists of 2 or more metal elements interleafed with rubber bonded between them.

The bump stops consist of one metal part with rubber bonded over it.

Bump stops are used in heavy trailers, trucks & as contact suppressors between the door panels and under frames of automotive systems.
The rubber pads are heavy loading load bearing components used as linkages between the axel & the frame.
