SHRIRAM PULSAR offers Rubber Parts and Steel Backed Engine Mountings used both for cars and heavy commercial vehicles. Starting from the development of tools to the finishing of the rubber metal bond, close tolerance is maintained in our process. We undertake tool development with ultra modern machines. Stringent standards are followed in metal preparation, phosphating, shotsand blasting and metal stamping. Internationally acclaimed metal to rubber bonding agents are used for the manufacturing of the final product.

CYLINDER LINERS
Shriram Automotive has been in the business of marketing Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks under the SHRIRAM PULSAR brand name. It is the only Cylinder Liner company in India with a national network and image, the products being marketed through a network of over 5000 Distributors, Dealers and Engine Re-building Workshops.
Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks offered by Shriram Automotive are manufactured using Centrifugal casting process and Shell moulding. Induction furnaces are used for melting and holding material and various alloy combinations including Molybdenium, Nickel, Copper, etc. are used for a perfect metallurgy.
Four different material compositions are currently being offered for Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks.
