Mechanical Roller Briquette Press Machine For Coke Or Charcoal

Fine grains of Coal/Coke or Charcoal mixed with suitable binder fed into the nip of a pair of counter rotating rolls and are compacted in mass of uniform shape and size, called briquettes. The separating force during the process is resisted by mechanically by 2 nos pressure bolts.



In a roller press machine, material is made dense by compressing between two main rotating rolls moving in opposite directions. The roll surfaces have shaped pockets to form briquettes when the material moves between the rolls.
