In our Stationary concrete plants, the aggregates are stored in horizontal bins. The gathering conveyor belt runs below the bins where weighing of aggregates takes place and the aggregate are then discharged onto the charging conveyor. Pneumatically operated gates are provided for discharge of the aggregate on to the gathering conveyor. The material is all weighed accurately and transferred to the twin shaft mixer through slinger conveyor. These pneumatics used are of reputed make which ensure long life and superior for your machine.
ASHISH Asphalt Plant are build to perform for years and hence the reason that we are supplying twin shaft mixer as mixing device. Twin shaft mixer is better on mixing and low on maintenance compared to the other type of mixers.
Capacities available are from: 20 m3/ hr. to 90 m3/hr. These plants are designed and build to work in a range of environmental conditions and give maximum productivity.
We are manufacturing all types of drum mix-bituminous hot mix plant--model dm-60-cap. 80 tonnes to 120 tonnes per hours--model -dm-50 hot mix plant cap. 60 tonnes to 100 tonnes per hour. --model -dm-45-hot mix plant cap. 40 tonnes to 60tonnes per hour. . Also we are manufacturing wet mix plants --model wmm--100,model wmm-150 cap. 150 tonnes per hour, model-wmm-200, cap. 200tonnes per hour. Also we are manufacturing concrete batching plant--cap. 20 cu. M. Per hours, 30 cu. M. Per hours. Stationery as well as mobile concrete batching plant. Also , we are manufacturing hot mix batching plant- cap. 100tonnes per hour, 120 tonnes per hour, and 160 tph. , also wear manufacturing Mobile bituminous hot mix plant caps. 25 tonnes per hours to 35 tonnes per hours. We have a very good established after sales services, we equipped experienced hand technicians and trained engineers for erection, cabling, commissioning of all types of manufactured plant. We have a total of 60 nos. Of engineers and technicians for all types of site job/ site work. We are taking the whole responsibility of after sales, like erection of plant and up to commissioning the m/c up to party satisfaction. We have experience in this field for the last 17 years. In all types of manufacturing as well as installation, repairing, re- installation, re- commissioning of the same plant. We are keeping all types of wear and tear spare parts in stock at our mehsana works. We are qualified engineers, and accordingly, we are manufacturing all plants with quality design as per std. Specification.
