MCCOY FINISH-HP23 Textile Emulsion

Elastomeric Silicone Emulsion McCoy Finish-HP23 is a type of oil-in-water micro emulsion and is specially formulated as textile softener which imparts superior softness and low yellowing to a wide range of fabrics. It will deliver best results on cotton or cotton blends.
