  Features

  • High Efficiency NORD Gear Box : SML series comes with High efficiency NORD made Gear box & motor for longer life and performance, patented NORD design ensures more power is available for lifting the load.
  • Self Climbing Concept : With help of a separate boom accessories one can lift the equipment using its own power from one floor to another. The movement of the equipment becomes faster and requires less number of labours.
  • Locking Pin : To minimise damage and work accidents, SML 50 comes with a locking pin to secure the boom from the front, while bringing the load into closer proximity the pin is locked into the position Hook Hoist - The hook hoist combines robustness with versatility, providing the ideal safety for handling the carrying load. This helps in faster loading and unloading with safety Torque Limiter - SML is provided with over load protection device mainly used to avoid accident in the event of wire rope getting stuck in the building while lifting the material. The wire rope drum gets automatically disconnected from motor in above case and prevents any kind of accident at site.
  • Self Lubricating Galvanised Type Wire Rope : Self lubricating galvanised type wire rope is used for low maintenance and longer life Pendent Remote Control - The machine is operated by electronic remote control, now operator can stand at a distance to have better view of the material movement which ensures precision in stopping at floors, lesser labor fatigue and higher safety through increased vigilance during time of material movement.
  • Top Limit Switch : A limit switch is installed to avoid contact (or collision) between the hoist and the pulley, thus reducing accidents and damage to the equipment when machine is operational. Well Balance C.G for Safety while Carrying Higher Load - SML 50 is designed to offer the user maximum productivity. The equipment comes with optimized tripod ensuring well balanced centre of Gravity, offering the ideal base for transporting higher loads. With this tripod, the load can easily be brought into proximity with the operator Safety, Ergonomics & Easy to Operate - Equipped with handles for moving load into the building after lifting to the desired floor, offers greater safety and comfort to the operator.
  • Robust & Efficient Design : Manufactured using specially selected high quality raw materials, SML is made from steel plates and tubing designed to carry higher loads, SML is extremely strong and robust, capable of lifting higher loads and to last longer in the rough job site condition 3-Phase to Single Phase Converter - SML can be used in 3 phase as well as in single phase power supply. Single phase converter box has to be purchased extra to use a 3-phase machine on a single phase supply.
