Material Handling Equipment (MFH ZIP) has higher Load Carrying Capacity of 1 T on Load.  This has been proven for Eccentric Braking System in case of Wire Rope failure Controlled Gear Mechanism for Ascent & Descent with Remote Pendant Control. It has a big size cage to carry high volume of finishing products. Also, Double Drum Design to increase life of Wire Rope. It has an option of MFH Zip with wall tie for Scaffolding.

Features

• Bottom Limit Switch & Buffer Pads : It is fitted with bottom limit switch to ensure that the machine doesn't hit the ground while descending, and a top limit Switch to avoid over run of the cage from top. Also a mechanical stopper is provided on the top which ensures Slack Limit Switch & Deflector Pulley - The special rope slack limit switch ensure that the machine comes to a standstill whenever there’s sagging of rope. This prevents accidents caused due to rope sagging and also gives better life of the Pendant
• Remote Control : The machine is operated by an easy to use Pendant Remote Control instead of conventional lever system which ensures precision in stopping at floors & gives lesser labor fatigue.
• World class Proven Eccentric Braking System : When wire rope fails or breaks the spring tension is reduced which pulls the pulley down and turns the eccentric rollers which make contact with the mast. The serrations in the rollers apply the brake and further movement of the cage is stopped. This avoids the free fall in case of wire rope failure or carriage slippage to ensure accident free operation of the hoist and peace of mind for the client.
• Huge Cage for Material Carrying : The Material Cage of size 1200X1000X820mm is so big, that it carries mass volume of finished products with proper stacking, which ensures that the variety of products are safely transported at the same Pre-assembled Machine in Single Base Frame - Basic machine  including of carriage, cage, brake assembly , base mast, rope drum, etc. The  drive unit is pre-assembled in the factory so the machine is read y for installation .
