•  Moulded doors have major advantage of appearance ie aesthetic look (4 panel, 6 panel etc)
•  Environmental Friendly: Moulded doors have green advantage as they consume less wood and thus conserve forest
•  Moulded doors have densified 3.00 mm thick wood fiber (DWF) skin, compared to core (2 mm) and face (1 mm) used in flush doors, making them more durable and long lasting
•  Density of masonite DWF skin is around 1000 kg/m3 compared to 550 ks/m3 density of veneer wood thus provides double strength
•  Smooth surface provide better glue holding capacity. Hence, longer life and durability.
•  Masonite doors are resistant to termite and borer holes while traditional doors are vulnerable to termite and borer
•  Masonite doors are fungus resistant
•  Masonite doors are very resistant to weather changes because of strong face on both sides, thus making them suitable for all weather condttions
•  Masonite doors are manufactured with years of R & D inputs using standardized raw materials.
•  The joints between the panels and the joints between rails and stiles of a traditional door can open up with a change in the climatic condition and thes results in paint cracking. Moulded panel skins are one piece so this can not happen
•  The panel areas of traditional doors can split open as the door ages. This cannot happen with moulded doors
•  The moulded panels are free of knots, so you do not get paint discoloration due to the knots
•  Moulded doors are supplied primed and as a result are easier to paint
