Digital portable hardness tester PTHT 500 is a sophisticated yet portable instrument, which can measure the fracturing / breaking point of tablets ranging from 2 mm to 28 mm. The unit is battery operated which can easily be used to conduct in process testing of multiple simultaneous tablet press.The PTHT 500 measure the compressive force every hundredth of a second with an accuracy of + /- 0.5 % of the full scale and measure and display the peak force utilize to fracture the sample.
