Fine positioning and convenient installation.

DESCRIPTION:
These cylinders can be threaded directly into manifold/ fixture body. Suitable for positioning, clamping or ejecting the work piece. These cylinders can be used in fixtures where space is a constraint. Special aluminium washer provides self sealing. Aluminium washer is included in the delivery.
FEATURES:

Threaded cylinder with internal threaded piston rod.
Can be lined up to very close dimensions, as close as hexagonal nut (min 35 mm).
Min./ Max. Operating Pressure 5 / 250 bar.

NOTE :

Do not load in retracted condition.
Refer general design notes before selection & use.
Ordering specification for seal kit. Add prefix "SK" to the model Number.
Keep back pressure to minimum for smooth working of cylinder. (Refer General Recommendations sheet Page No. R1).
Tighten manifold cylinder to specified tightening torque Tt mentioned in the specification chart.
