MANGO DESTONER:- The machine is mainly designed to take the pulp from the whole mango fruit and the blades are so adjusted not to damage stones in the fruit the sleeve is fabricated out of 2 mm thick sheet and is reinforced by circular rings the screen is mounted in the Destoner body having self locking system also on railing is provided for easy removal of sleeve with necessary tolerance the sealed bearing one fitted on the main shaft on either side oil seals are provided. The end bearing, which is fitted on to the shaft itself and does not come out with the cover top cover also, has hinge system with clamp.
