*buyer may reject the cargo or renegotiate the price if the mn percentage is below 40,00%.
delivery order timetable (preview):
• trial #01: 2,500 mt – within 25 (twenty-five) days (or sooner) upon receipt of notification from advising bank of dlc; upon success of the first trial shipment the buyer will work with the supplier to take min of 5,000 mt per month.
• regular shipments: 5,000 mt per month (for a period of 12 months) – to be shipped within 25 (twenty-five) days (or sooner) upon receipt of notification from advising bank of dlc.
9. Port of shipment and incoterms (2010):
• port of bacarena, belem, brazil;
• incoterms - fob; I have all freight rates to india and china in line ready to move.
