First get fried your Maize Flakes Then Heat oil in a separate pan (on very low heat) and add Mustard seeds. Wait until they sizzle Then add curry leaves, asafetida powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, cashew nuts, peanuts and Chili powder as per your taste. Stir a minute. Mix this all well. You can also add other spices as per your liking Pour this mixture on fried Maize Flakes
