This "Magnetic Polisher' can polish the finer details & recess-er on silver, gold and platinum. Powerful magnets inside the tumbler base cause miniature steel shot rods to spin around the jewellery in forward & reverse direction. We are looking for export inquiries from South Africa. It is available in two versions i.e. manual and microprocessor controlled: Manual version has manual forward / reverse direction switch & timer Microprocessor version has programmable controller which takes care of forward/ reverse direction.

Your machines undergo following production stages:
Tank, tank covers, Generator Box are fabricated.
Simultaneous with fabrication, Modular tested before being wired in Generator.
Once Generator Box is ready it is under taken for wiring.
Transducers are bonded to tanks.
Once transducer bonding is done, machine is under taken for testing.
After rigorous testing of two days Ultrasonic Cleaner is ready to pack and dispatch.
