These Magnetic Humps can also be customized by us for special applications.
Split Flow
The continuous operation, high performance Star Trace Extractors, feature powerful parallel permanent magnets to capture ferrous tramp metal from dry material in high volume flows. Star Trace Extractor deliver effective tramp metal removal in a direct material flow.
Extractors are ideal for protecting material processing and packaging machinery. Material enters through inlet and goes by the diverter angling the flow towards the powerful paralled permanent magnets. Capture ferrous tramp is held on the magnets. Stripper drawer is quickly removed for fast cleaning. For automated or remote cleaning of Extractor, use our Air-actuated self-cleaning style.
