Magnetic Drum Separators

We manufacture international standard electromagnetic drum separators for quality processing operations. Our permanent magnetic drum separators are ideal for processing operations to provide an efficient means for extracting ferrous material from dry, granular or pulverized materials such as chemicals, minerals, food, grains, plastics, etc. are conveyed in closed chutes or in a free-flowing processing system. In our manufactured industrial drum separator, material is fed in through the top from the adjustable controller which regulates and directs the product stream onto the drum, a revolving cylinder carries it over a stationary permanent magnet, either standard rare earth or ferrite, enclosed in a non-magnetic stainless-steel drum. Product flow is presented uniformly to the top of the drum and flows across the surface of the drum.
