Durocretetm macro uses heavy duty synthetic fibres specifically engineered for use as secondary reinforcement, providing excellent plastic shrinkage control and reduced settlement cracking. Durocretetm macro provides increased flexural toughness and increases shatter and abrasion resistance, improving the concrete’s long-term durability and integrity. Properly engineered and dosed, durocretetm macro can be an alternative for all types of welded wire fabric, conventional light gauge steel reinforcement (#3 and #4) and steel fiber, depending on the application.
