Universal cleaning machine for different machined castings to remove mainly oil, coolants, chips & burr.

Productivity was high and the quality of washing was measured in a Millipore Test.

Solution

Planetory revolving baskets were mounted on a main indexing plate.While the loading / unloading operation is in progress other 3 planetary baskets are subjected for cleaning, rinsing & drying.Component rotates while the pressure jets are on. Thus the impact pressure increased facilitating removal of chips / burr from cavities & holes.
