Features of VFD -variable frequency drive

• VFD is an additional feature which is not provided by any other supplier.
• Variable RPM 20-80 with the same torque ,which gives fine tuning of RPM for every job thus giving greater life.
• Standard machine of all make including ours provides 2 standard RPM eg : 40 & 80.
• However many applications need other RPM like 20 to 67.
• This helps to obtain best blade life. Additional features of variable frequency drive with our machine enables machine to run at any RPM between 20 to 80.
• Please note that this feature is not provided by any other machine supplier.
• However ,in a standard machine it is not a compulsory option.
• Selection is at users choice.

Interlocks

• Interlock No. 1
  • Overload protection
  • Electrical Protection
  • Sensitive Interlock which will trip the machine as soon as motor draws 0.2 ampere current for the duration of 2 seconds.
  • This will protect breakage of blade 8 out of 10 times.
• Interlock No. 2
  • Machine will trip if any of the 3 phase is missing that protect motor from damaging.
• Interlock No. 3 :
  • Machine will trip if any of the phase shorts.
• Interlock No. 4 :
  • Current leakage : Machine shall trip in case of current leakage within body.

Our semi-automatic tube cutting machine having feed (using pneumatic - hydraulic power assisted variable speed feed) meant for high production cuts during one run through round pipe, tube,bars or solids, and square or rectangular tubing of mild or stainless steel or other ferrous metals. The semi-automatic tube cutting feature offers less operator fatigue when cutting thicker materials like Schedule 80 pipe or solids.
