We are offering lump crusher
crushtech, primary lump crusher is suitable for crushing the bigger lumps into small pieces. In the crusher the material is feed through feed hopper. It has sharp alloy blades which crush the material into pieces of 10 mm to 50mm. The crush material passes from the gaps that are given in between the blades and material discharge from the bottom of the machine.
advantage:
-a versatile and economical machine when size reduction ratio is high
-most suitable range for the lumps which are to be broken is between 10 to 50mm.
-use of fluid coupling is highly recommended to take high breaking torque.
-very much suitable to break the lumps into small pieces and when the material is brittle or soft.
-for vibration free, the avm pads can be used.
