Lug Capping Machine

Metal Caps applied to glass jars with the perfect angular moment of the cap gives a correct result which is provided by the pneumatic operated machine developed by Kahan International. The air tight seal also depends on the type of bottle and cap as well. The machine is developed with a standard maximum size of 100 mm diameter so that any size below 100 mm can be sealed with the help of the machine. Foot switch based operation gives an ease to the operator to operate the machine by placing one jar and pressing the foot switch and remove the sealed jars and again repeat the same procedure.
