VCI Oils - Dry Type for Exports
Rust-X VCI oils are vapor phase inhibitors that release chemicals to make the surrounding atmosphere inert. They are most suited for exports as they neutralize the sea humidity very well. 135 E ex series is also a contact inhibitor.
These are soft film. Solvent based. Dewatering, degreasing odorless rust preventive oils. These are finely blended with Natural Virgin Mineral Oils to carry chemical additives that protect metal from corrosion.
The solution can be directly applied to metal even in wet condition by dipping, spraying or brushing. Dry type oil evaporates to a relative percentage of content (see table for details) to form a thin layer of rust preventives with lubrication effect.
