Continuous efforts towards improvement of safety standards led to the design of these types of storage vessels. These are horizontal bullets installed for bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Offering a safer method for storing highly inflammable LPG; mounded LPG bullets are large, buried, horizontal cylindrical steel tanks with dished ends of size ranging between 3.5 to 8.5 meters diameter and lengths of 35 to 90 meters.
Fabtech has till date executed more than 50 such LSTK projects with over 155 nos. mounded bullets of various capacities under ASME and BS Codes. Today, Fabtech is referred to as a benchmark contractor in such mounded bullets projects.
