• first part : dough ball making machine and roller machine fitted with 1 hp single phase motor and gear box.
• second part : rolling machine and baking oven fitted with 1 hp motor single phase and one gear box, food grade conveyors, stainless steel rollers in the rolling machines.
• third part : baking oven with 304 food grade conveyor in 3 tier. Rv burners are fitted in baking oven and round burners below the stainless steel wire mesh for puffing. weight, thickness & size of the chapati can be adjusted from 4” to 6”. This machine comes in “l” shape. We offer lpg based fully automatic chapati making machine in following sizes:
  • 5’ x 9’ x 2.5’ with a capacity of 750 chapatihr. And consumes 3.5 kg.hr. Lpg
  • 5’ x 11’ x 2.5’ with a capacity of 1200- 1500 chapati hr. And consumes 4.5 kg.hr. Lpg
  • 11’ x 11’ x 2.5’ with a capacity of 2400 chapati hr. And consumes 8 kg.hr. Lpg
  • working switch the baking oven on. The conveyor will start moving lpg burners. Let the oven be heated up for 8 minutes. Put the pre kneaded dough into the hopper of the dough ball making machine (1st part) and dry atta into the hoppers of the sprinkling of chapati rolling machine, which will continuously keep sprinkling it on the conveyor to avoid sticking of atta one the conveyor and on the roller. Dough balls will fall automatically on the first rolling machine, which will carry the dough ball into the roller, flattening into an oval shape. The oval piece will then fall on the conveyor of the second rolling machine, which will flatten it from the other side making it round. The piece will then fall on the conveyor of baking oven which is pre heated. Now the round chapati will move on the conveyor belt of the baking oven. In this process the chapatti will be baked properly and the output will be a fully puffed chapatti. 2400 chapatihr “t” shape model.
