If required we can select and advise the correct size and positions of Branch/pipe connections. Low Pressure Ammonia Receiver Columns and Shell Tube Heat Exchangers, These Equipment’s are designed by experienced staff using latest software and as per international standards like ASME, PD 5500, IS 2825, PED 97/23/EC, AD Merkblatt, JIS, PESO SMPV Rules 1981, IBR (Indian Boiler Regulation 1950), API 650 or as per customer requirement. Indus have excellent welding facilities and skilled workforce to manufacture quality equipment in different material of construction, can easily supply vessels for LPG or any gas up to 500M3 water volume in our plant at Chakan.

The material of Construction:

Carbon Steel, LTCS, NACE HIC resistant Material, Low Alloy Steel for high temperature service (SA 387 Gr 11 and Gr 22), Cladded Steel (CS with SS, Cupronickel, Aluminum Nickel Bronze, Aluminum brass, Titanium, Inconel and many more), SS (300 400 series), Duplex Super Duplex stainless steel, Cupronickel, Monel , Inconel, Nickel Nickel Alloys, Hastelloy, Titanium, Aluminum Aluminum alloys.

INDUS Make Horizontal Recirculater Packages (HRP) made out of SA 516 GR 70 material, is factory assembled complete packages and are designed for maximum capacity and surge volume. All packages consist of a Recirculator vessel, Germany make dual refrigerant pumps. Model: CAM/CNF/HRP series (one as standby), frost pipe with liquid level control system with a control panel and a horizontal oil drain pot. All are mounted and piped with necessary isolation valves on a single structural base. All packages are thoroughly evacuated and charged with dry nitrogen to ensure the integrity of the unit during shipping and short term storage prior to installation.
