Basically designed  to suit Instrument  Lab as well as field calibration. This is powerful Tool for Commissioning , Quality Assurance Routine Maintenance and Trouble Shooting..

FEATURES– Loop Calibrator suppliers
  • Hand held, Battery operated, Portable 2 Wire Loop Operated Source.
  • Loop Calibrator suppliers – Typical Accuracy 0.1%
  • Optional battery eliminator for operation on 230V AC
  • Loop Calibrator suppliers – External DC Power Supply 12-36 V DC as per load.Loop Calibrator 
Applications –

a) Field Transmitter & Process Control Instrument

 

b) As fault finding tool + Quality Assurance Tool


Power ON  This switch powers the instrument with batteries / eliminator when switched “ON”
mA Adj   To get variable mA outout by multiturn Helipot.
Source Step  To get variable or fixed mA output from Loop Calibrator suppliers.
Terminal  Provided mA source.
Battery Eliminator   (Optional) This facility is provided in the Calibrator to suit the operation   on 230V AC 50 Hz ± 10%. As soon as you connect Eliminator Socket, batteries get disconnected  automatically & vice versa.
Battery Replace   When “ Low Bat ” Indication appears on DPM, the discharged batteries must be replaced, other wise the accuracy will  not be achieved. For replacing battery remove side – bottom plate and then slide out the bottom plate on which battery is firmly placed.
Calibration  Easily accessible pots for Cal Adj. Please refer Instruction Manual.
