Loc Rust RP Oils are carefully formulated to swiftly displace water and leave behind a thin, transparent film that resists corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They do not gum up, even in high humidity and elevated temperature conditions, and are safe for use with plastics, rubber, and paints, containing no silicone. These oils, when applied to dry metal parts, deliver excellent protection throughout processing or storage. They are especially effective for preserving unfinished dies, jigs, tools, machine surfaces, office machines, firearms, fasteners, as well as automotive and marine equipment. Rely on Loc Rust RP Oils for dependable and comprehensive rust prevention in a wide range of industrial applications.
Applications:
Loc Rust 793 P ® can be used for the protection of precious components, cold rolled sheets & coils. It is best suited for maritime transportation for export components. It exhibits multi – utility (In process as well for final product protection. It can also be used as a stamping lubricant in automotive industry
Soft waxy protective film. Excellent water displacing properties with fingerprint neutralisation. Best suited for Multi-Metals. Protection both indoors and outdoors.
Dry-type oil. Makes a slightly thick oily film. Used for all mechanical parts made of mild steel, which are to be stored for a period of more than two years. Mild film.
Soft sticky & Oily film with excellent water displacement properties which forms a strong protective film over metal surfaces. Recommended for protection of components with a high degree of finish, in machine shops, eg. tools, fasteners, strips, etc. Excellent protection against salt and seawater. Good for Export Applications.
