1.      lodging, boarding and fooding will be provided by the vendor.

2.      daily 4 hours for running maintenance.

3.      4 days in a month for major maintenance.

4.      diesel will be provided by the vendor.

5.      labor escalations, if any, should be provided from time to time.

6.      contract period should be atleat for 3 months.

7.      we shall raise fortnightly bills, to be paid within a week.
