Contact SupplierDelhi Cryogenic Products Pvt. Ltd. is leading liquid nitrogen plants manufacturers reputed for supplying high quality liquid nitrogen/oxygen plants. Our reputation rests on our commitment to manufacturing the liquid oxygen plant machinery using the best quality raw materials. In a period spanning more than three decades, we have emerged as the leading nitrogen plant manufacturer and supplier. We have got highly experienced and skilled manpower to design manufacturer and export liquid nitrogen tank filling plants, oxygen nitrogen plants, oxygen plants and acetylene plants in technical collaboration with an acclaimed Italian company. Each manufacturing process is carried out in compliance with international standards. Components used in the fabricating of our plant machinery are sourced only from the approved vendors.
With our liquid nitrogen plants, it is guaranteed that you would be able to generate liquid nitrogen with purity up to 99.99%. Our plants come in several capacities ranging from 20 Liter/hour to 1000 Liter/hour. The output can be stored in liquid storage tanks. We make use of advanced air separation columns for high yield of nitrogen. Our liquid nitrogen plant is distinguished by flawless performance, low power consumption, reliability and durability. Our engineers are involved in the entire process from supervision, installation, commissioning and erection to operationalization of the plant at client’s site.
For our compliance with quality control measures, we have been awarded ISO 9001:2008 and CE certifications. It is mandatory for exporters to have CE certification if they want to sell their machinery into the US and the European markets. Our liquid nitrogen plants use atmospheric air, which moves into the molecular sieve purification system where impurities such as carbon dioxide, moisture and hydrocarbons are removed. Then, the air is liquefied by cryogenic cooling with the help of the latest plate and fin, high efficiency heat exchangers and expanders. Here, the air gets separated into nitrogen, oxygen and various inert gases in the air separation column.
