minimum two batches per shift of the same product can be assures in this plant

all contact parts are of ss 304 ss 316 ss 315 l (as per urs).
Entry of stirr or emulsifier are from top or from bottom (as per urs)the advantage of lower entry agitztor is there are ni vibrations of shaft, no coupling in the drive assembly,leading to lower maintenance cost.
All pipe ,valves & pipe fittings are ss 304 ss 316 ss 316 l (as per urs).seamless quality , with tri-clover ended joints.
The entire plant is equipped with cip & sip system.
All inlet and outlet connections are provided with tri clover joints,which are very easy for cleaning.
