Liquid Glucose

Liquid Glucose is the purified concentrated aqueous solution of Nutritive Saccharides obtained from the partial hydrolysis of edible starch. The degree of hydrolysis or the cleavage of starch molecule is measured by Dextrose Equivalent . It consist chiefly of Dextrose, Dextrin’s, Maltose and Water.

Storage:

Glucose syrup should be stored in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight.
