It is a high performance ready to use polymer modified bitumen coating. Brush bond rfx well known features like non toxic - ideal for potable water tanks, flexible with thermal expansion similar to concrete, excellent bond to concrete and masonry, good crack accommodation capacity and it offers with low costs
