Engine

Kohler 13 HP vertical single cylinder gasoline engine. Smart choke easy start system. More than enough power to remove profile markings in one pass.

Transmission

Twin section vee belts to isolate engine shaft from shock.

Grinder

Triple off-set spoke vertical drive axle with twin sealed bearings. 3-off rotating cutter segments with 18-off tungsten carbie cutters on each segment. 2-off sealed bearing units in each cutter. Dust suppression rubber skirt around cutter unit.

Control

Cutter lowering lever mounted on handle bar. Fine depth control mounted on cutter chassis easily reached from operating position. Fine cut control for smooth finish without damage to asphalt.

Chassis

Sturdy 80 x 40mm steel section with 2-off 200mm dia. wheels at front and 2-off 150mm dia. castors at rear.

Safety

Engine speed control and off switch mounted at right hand. Cutter lower/raise mounted at left hand. Foot parking lever raises machine at rear and prevents movement. Handle bars on anti-vibration rubber units.
