Lime Grit Separator

The Grit separator works on the principle of cyclonic action. The Solid Liquid Separation takes place due to centrifugal force and difference in densities of grit particles, when the mixture enters the cyclone at pressure. Several Factories have successfully installed our Lime Grit Separator in Super quality heavy duty stainless steel & had taken the advantages of this simple low cost unit. No additional PUMP/ POWER is required as, it is designed to function as INLINE SYSTEM.

The installation of this unit is solving two critical problem in one go, like removal of grit and pH control of condenser water because of routing grit slurry into the spray pond. In addition, this also greatly reduces the sever mechanical damages of pump impellers, juice, heater / evaporator’s tubes, pipelines, valves and filter screens etc. You will appreciate that even this low cost investment is recovered within 30 to 40 days of its installation, due to multifold advantages as explained above.
