    SALIENT FEATURES
    1. They are rugged and sturdy in construction .
    2. Body and bonnet casting have heavy metal section in excess of minimum requirement
    3. Streamlined contours to ensure that the pressure drop is minimum
    4. Close -fitting male and female joint retain gasket in position and accurately centers the working parts .
    5. Special alloy of trim is highly heat resistant and non-corrodible .
    6. Flat face of valve &seat lapped on flat surface lapping machine ensures better pressure tightness.
    7. Lift type Valve decreases hammer blow on seat due to back pressure .
    8. Lift Check valve Disc is of heavy one piece construction to withstand severe shock of Check valve service
    9. Swing Check valve Disc is fastned securely to disc carrier by means of a lock nut and cotter pin , Disc is free to rotate to avoid localised wear.
    10. A variety of end flange facing can be provided . Valve flanges can be drilled to different standard
      INSPECTION:

      Third party inspection by Lioyds, Bureau Veritas, ABS, UHDE, Bax Council, EIL and IBR etc. are being regularly Carried out against customer requirement.

      NOTES FOR CHECKS VALVES :
      1. The standerd Body /bonnet is material is of cast steel to ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB Body / Bonnet in Grades LCB /C-5 /WC-6/WC-9/CF-8/CF-8M/CF-3/CF-3M etc.
        Available to suit requirment.
        Trim: 304/316/Stellite etc.
