We monitor each stage of development so that the project achieves timely completion, while maintaining its budget, and ensuring quality of material and workmanship.
We as lender’s engineers, also dispatch on-site teams during execution, for regular on ground reporting and verifying the physical status of the work being done and checking for proper utilisation of funds.
