Lenalidomide, sold under the trade name Revlimid among others, is a medication used to treat multiple myeloma, smoldering myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes. For multiple myeloma, it is used after at least one other treatment and generally with dexamethasone. It is taken by mouth.
